CONGRATULATIONS TO CAITLIN KLALO,
MAY STUDENT CITIZEN AWARD WINNER!

Caitlin Klalo is a recent graduate of Union Pines High School where she maintained a 4.52 weighted GPA. She is also an accomplished musician who placed second in the Trinity Music Academy’s Piano Organ Competition for 3 consecutive years. Caitlin’s strong work ethic and willingness to help others have garnered the respect of her teachers, school administrators and peers.

Caitlin’s service and leadership in and out of school led to her induction in the school’s National Honor Society and fulfilling responsibilities such as participating in projects for Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life. “I take joy in helping others,” says Caitlin of her work with the elderly since summer of 2007. “I feel that I make a difference at St. Joseph’s.” She also assists the staff and social workers with paperwork, admissions and orientations.
